Services
LUMORA provides animation and video production services as described on this website and in individual project agreements. Package prices shown are starting points; final scope, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
Payments
Orders placed through the site reserve your project slot. Full production begins once the agreed deposit or payment is received. Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.
Revisions & Delivery
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Delivery timelines are estimates that begin after we receive all required assets and briefing information from you.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, ownership of the delivered final video is transferred to the client. LUMORA retains the right to feature completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless a non-disclosure agreement states otherwise.
